Best practice hygienic design and risk management will deliver on these goals for both food manufacturers and building and equipment suppliers to the food industry alike.
The New Zealand section of EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) has for the last 4 years been delivering two 3-4 day internationally recognised EHEDG certified Advanced Hygienic Design Training Courses per year, in New Zealand for Food Manufacturers and Building, Service and Equipment Suppliers alike. The courses combine a mix of theory and hands-on work and provide the participants with the starting knowledge base and skills for assuming leadership roles in Hygienic Design Risk Management in their businesses.
With the current fiscal climate still making its presence felt, we are interested in hearing from you if there is interest in running another course this year before we work on firming up details.
We are looking at holding the course around 11 - 14th Nov in Auckland.
Please click here to fill in a short survey by Friday August 9th.
Please see the attached course information brochure from the March course to see what you can expect. Send an additional feedback to info or visit @ehedg.co.nzhttps://www.ehedg.org/new-zealand/new-zealand-events
